Delivery update

Dear supporters,

I’m currently in Shanghai working with our manufacturer and our team here as we look forward to building the first batch of CliniCloud units. With our design for manufacturing complete, we are about to begin final tooling and the assembly process.

After discussions with the local team here, it became clear that we won’t be able to meet the proposed timeline and that shipping would instead begin in September - as such we’re sincerely sorry for the delay. The main causes have been small but critical design improvements which have taken longer than expected, e.g. manufacturing process modifications and component swaps to higher grade equivalents.

Although September feels quite far away, to expedite the process we’re sending all units to our pre-order customers via air mail to ensure you get CliniCloud as soon as possible. International air mail is covered by us for all customers, but as a courtesy we’re advising non US or Australian customer to check possible import duties in case any VAT or duty that may be due upon receipt

We really appreciate everyone’s support, patience and the words of encouragement that we’ve been receiving in the past few months and again apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay.

We look forward to keeping you updated as the production continues and letting you know once your kit is on its way.
